We are currently recruiting enthusiastic TAs in Cardiff to work in a range of primary and secondary settings, with both mainstream and SEN (Special Educational Needs) placements available.

About the Role
  • Provide one-to-one or group support to pupils within the classroom
  • Assist teachers in creating an inclusive, supportive learning environment
  • Help implement individual education plans (IEPs)
  • Support students with additional learning needs, including those with autism, ADHD, or speech and language difficulties
  • Encourage engagement, independence, and progress in pupils’ learning
What We’re Looking For
  • Previous experience working with children (in schools or similar settings)
  • A positive, proactive attitude and a genuine passion for education
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Relevant qualifications (CACHE Level 2 / 3, or equivalent) are desirable but not essential
  • Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
