We are currently recruiting Teaching Assistants to work in both mainstream and Special Educational Needs (SEN) schools across Caerphilly and Bargoed. No formal qualifications or prior experience are required – what matters most is your attitude, enthusiasm, and commitment to supporting pupils of all abilities.
As a Teaching Assistant, you’ll play a vital role in supporting students and teachers within the classroom. You may be working one‑to‑one with pupils who require additional support, assisting with group activities, or helping to create an inclusive and encouraging learning environment.
