SEND Teaching Assistant

We are partnering with a supportive and welcoming SEND school in Hillingonthat is looking for a SEND Teaching Assistant to support across classes.

Key Responsibilities for a SEND Teaching Assistant:

• Provide classroom, 1:1 and small group support as a Teaching Assistant for pupils including those with SEND
• Work collaboratively, contributing positively to the school team
• Support teachers in delivering engaging lessons
• Observe and assess children’s progress, offering valuable feedback to teachers and parents
• Offer constructive feedback to pupils on their progress and achievements

For this role, you will have:

• Previous experience working within a SEND school setting
• Experience working with children, with a reference to support it
• An enhanced DBS or willingness to obtain one
• The ability to commute to Hounslow or live locally

Pay Rate: 88.94 - 95 per day (PAYE), depending on experience.
