What skills and experience we're looking for
  • Work either in EYFS, KS1 or KS2.
  • Have relevant qualifications and/or experience in working with children, with possible experience with those with additional educational needs.
  • Be flexible in your approach to the needs of the child.
  • Have high expectations of all children.
  • Be willing to take part in relevant CPD in order to support our children.
  • Assist the teacher and ensure all children are supported to achieve the best they possibly can.
  • Be a flexible, passionate, and enthusiastic individual who thrives to promote a love for learning.
