Position: Full-Time Teaching Assistant
Start Date: ASAP
Salary: 13.69 TO 15.87 PER HOUR
Working hours: 8:30 AM - 4:00 PM (7 hours per day)

We are looking for a committed Teaching Assistant to work in an alternative provision supporting pupils aged 11 to 16 with a range of complex needs. Responsibilities

• Provide one-to-one and small group support to pupils with various SEND needs, including SEMH, ASD, communication difficulties, and behavioural challenges.
• Work closely with teachers and SENCOs to implement tailored learning and behaviour management strategies.
• Support pupils in staying engaged with classroom activities and promote their social and emotional development.
• Help create a structured and supportive learning environment that meets the diverse needs of the students.
• Provide additional support during unstructured times, such as break and lunch periods, to encourage positive interactions.
