Salary: £90‑£110 per day

Are you a passionate and qualified Level 3 EYFS Teaching Assistant looking for your next opportunity in a nurturing and supportive primary school setting? Monarch Education are currently working in partnership with a welcoming primary school in Stockport (SK6), who are seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join their Early Years team. The Role
  • Support the class teacher in delivering engaging and age‑appropriate learning activities.
  • Assist in the planning and preparation of EYFS curriculum materials.
  • Provide 1:1 and small group support to pupils, including those with additional needs.
  • Help maintain a safe, stimulating and inclusive learning environment.
  • Observe and record pupil progress, contributing to assessments and reports.
  • Build strong relationships with children, staff and parents.
Requirements
  • Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or Childcare – essential
  • Previous experience working within an EYFS setting in a school or nursery.
  • A genuine passion for supporting young children's development.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
