What we\'re looking for:

  • At least 6 months of experience working with children or young people with Special Educational Needs (SEN).

  • A valid UK driving license and access to a vehicle due to the rural locaion of the school

In this role, you will:

  • Provide direct support to students in the classroom and during various activities, both academic and recreational.

  • Assist teachers in creating an engaging and inclusive learning environment.

  • Help to manage and de-escalate challenging situations with a calm and consistent approach.

  • Contribute to the individual progress and well-being of our students.

  • Work collaboratively with staff, parents, and external professionals.
