Primary Teacher with Intervention Experience

Location: Coventry & Warwickshire, Contract: Full-time, Part Time, ContrcatsStart Date: January 2026

We are seeking dedicated and fully qualified teachers (QTS) with proven experience across KS1 and KS2, who are passionate about delivering targeted interventions to accelerate pupil progress and close attainment gaps.

About the Role
  • Deliver high-quality teaching across KS1 & KS2.
  • Plan and implement small group and 1:1 interventions to support pupils in literacy, numeracy, and wider curriculum areas.
  • Use data-driven strategies to monitor progress and adapt teaching approaches.
  • Collaborate with colleagues, SENCO, and support staff to ensure inclusive education for all learners.
About You
  • Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
  • Demonstrated success in KS1 & KS2 classrooms.
  • Skilled in intervention programmes and evidence-based teaching practices.
