A reputable education provider in Manchester is seeking a dedicated SEND and Adaptive Provision Teacher to enhance the learning experiences of students with complex needs. Responsibilities include developing adaptive teaching strategies, providing targeted support to those with significant SEMH needs, and effectively collaborating with pastoral teams. This permanent position offers a chance to make a real impact on student engagement and progress within the classroom environment.
We currently have an exciting opportunity for a SEND and Adaptive Provision Teacher to join our fantastic team at MEA Central.
To lead high-quality teaching, targeted intervention and flexible, needs-led provision for students with complex SEND, significant SEMH needs, extended absence, or who require structured reintegration back into mainstream lessons. Also students with barriers to learning, and a range of vulnerabilities.
This is a permanent position on Teaching Terms MPS-UPS.
