We are seeking an enthusiastic, ambitious and dedicated Teacher of Mathematics to join our high‑achieving Mathematics department at Reading School. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate mathematician who can deliver engaging, challenging and well‑structured lessons across Years 7 to 13. An eagerness to teach the subject at A Level is essential and we would welcome candidates who have an interest in teaching A Level Further Maths.
This post would suit either an experienced teacher looking for a new challenge, or an ECT seeking to begin their career in a highly supportive and academically stimulating environment. This is a full‑time teaching position. Pay scale dependent on experience, Reading School Teacher Payscale RSTP 1 to 9 (M1 to UPS3). Deadline for Applications: Wednesday 7 January 2026.
