Role Responsibilities (Training support will be provided)
  • Review and evaluate educational materials for clarity, coherence, and instructional alignment.
  • Identify how educational concepts are introduced, scaffolded, and reinforced across learning sequences.
  • Assess pedagogical effectiveness and provide structured feedback grounded in learning theory.
  • Draft clear, well-organized explanations and analyses informed by instructional design principles.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Education, Curriculum & Instruction, Educational Psychology, or a related field.
  • Strong experience in teaching, curriculum design, or learning development (minimum 2 years).
  • Familiarity with key education theories such as motivation, cognitive development, and scaffolding.
  • Excellent analytical and written communication skills.
  • Strong attention to pedagogical structure, flow, and clarity.
