The ideal candidate will need to have a passion for working with youths, know how to handle tough situations, know how to resolve or deescalate situation in the correct and efficient manner. Someone who is resilient and with a strong work ethic towards their work.

Primary school teacher duties and responsibilities

The role of a primary school teacher is to educate and motivate children, using creative resources to contribute to their development. Besides teaching, below is a list of examples of the duties and responsibilities of primary school teachers:

  • preparing teaching materials ahead of each lesson and teaching lessons
