Job description

Responsibilities

• planning and delivering creative, engaging, and age-appropriate lessons across the Primary curriculum
• supporting pupils with varying levels of ability, including those with SEND
• Monitoring and assessing pupil progress, providing feedback and adapting teaching strategies to meet individual needs
• Creating safe, stimulating, and supportive classroom environment
• Building strong relationships with pupils, parents and colleagues
• Promoting good behaviour and love of learning through encouragement and positive reinforcement
