A healthcare provider is seeking a clinical lead Respiratory Nurse to provide a specialized pharmacy service in the TB department. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in pharmacy, leadership qualifications, and a commitment to inclusivity. Responsibilities include managing pharmacy services both in clinics and inpatient settings, alongside developing TB policies. This role offers a chance to make a significant impact in patient care and the healthcare community.
You will be a vital contributor in our busy Trust and the clinical lead Respiratory Nurse within the TB service, both in the clinics and inpatient setting.
You will:
Take professional responsibility for the provision of a comprehensive clinical pharmacy service to the TB/Respiratory Specialty area and associated clinical areas and wards to meet their goals.
To lead by example in Pharmacy specialisms of Respiratory/TB clinical practice and ensure a consistently high quality Clinical Pharmacy service is delivered in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team.
In March 2023, Health Education England agreed this RPS curriculum as equivalent to their Multi-professional Framework for Advanced Clinical Practice.
