Job Description

  • Prepare and review corporate tax returns and computations for the organisation.
  • Ensure compliance with all tax laws and regulations within the sector.
  • Support the preparation of tax-related financial reporting, including deferred tax calculations.
  • Provide tax advice on business transactions and projects, ensuring tax efficiency.
  • Coordinate with external advisors on tax audits and other tax-related matters.
  • Monitor changes in tax legislation and assess their impact on the business.
  • Assist in maintaining accurate tax records and documentation for audits and reporting purposes.
  • Collaborate with the finance team to ensure smooth integration of tax processes

The Successful Applicant

A successful Tax Accountant should have:

  • A recognised qualification in accountancy or tax, such as ACA, ACCA, or CTA.
  • Proven experience in corporate tax within the property industry or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of UK tax laws and regulations.
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
