Accountabilities

  • Maintain records of coaching and training outcomes for continuous improvement.
  • Support the development and implementation of new systems and processes.
Requirements

  • Experience facilitating training sessions both virtually and in‑person.
  • Strong understanding of talent development principles and adult learning techniques.
  • Proficiency in using Global Distribution Systems (GDS), preferably Amadeus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Familiarity with learning management systems and e‑learning authoring tools.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess training effectiveness.
