As a Senior Recruiter on Vertiv’s Talent Acquisitionteam, you will play a key role inidentifying and attractingtop talent for ourServices division within theEMEA Region. Your work will involve collaborating with fellow recruiters, hiring managers, and leaders to build strong teams that drive our mission forward.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the growth of the EMEA Region by finding and securing topfield-service talent.
• Develop and enhance our hiring processes,leveraging innovative tools and best practices to attract the best candidates.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle forservices roles, ensuring a smooth and engaging candidate experience.
• Partner with HR and leadership to create effective recruiting strategies that align with our business goals.
• Successfully recruit forvariousservices positions, includingElectrical and Thermal Field Service Technicians, Electrical and Mechanical Commissioning Engineers, and Service Center Managers.
• Share insights and knowledge with the Talent Acquisition team to foster a collaborative and effective recruiting environment.
• Encourage fresh ideas and improvements in our processes to elevate the candidate experience and recruitment outcomes.
• Approach your work with professionalism and accountability, recognizing the impact of your role on the organization’s success.
• Help define and implement programs that support our talent acquisitionobjectives, using a consultative approach to meet business needs.
• Utilize data and metrics to inform and enhance our recruiting strategies, driving results and continuous improvement.
