The Role

As Talent Acquisition Partner, you will take ownership of end-to-end recruitment across corporate and on-site roles, ensuring the business continues to attract exceptional people who align with its high standards and customer‑first ethos.

Working closely with senior stakeholders, you will act as a trusted advisor, shaping recruitment strategy while remaining hands‑on in delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle across a diverse range of roles

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and build effective hiring plans

  • Deliver an outstanding candidate experience reflective of a luxury brand

  • Proactively source talent through direct search, networking and market mapping

  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical and hard‑to‑fill roles

  • Manage relationships with external agencies where required

  • Use data and insights to inform recruitment decisions and continuously improve processes

  • Champion diversity, inclusion and best practice recruitment standards

About You
  • Proven experience in an in‑house Talent Acquisition or Recruitment Partner role

  • Background within luxury residential, hospitality, property, Build to Rent or a service‑led environment is highly desirable

  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the confidence to challenge and influence

  • Commercially minded, organised and comfortable working at pace

  • Passionate about people, culture and delivering a best‑in‑class hiring experience
