As a Talent Acquisition Partner, together with a small team supporting the UK and Ireland you’ll play a key role in our recruitment efforts across the UK&I businesses.

You’ll also play part of the wider EMEA team providing support to other European and MEA locations as required.

You’ll have the freedom to structure your days and have the support of a fantastic team.

How you’ll make an impact
  • Partner with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to gain deep business knowledge and understand hiring needs.
  • Develop job advertisements and implement tailored sourcing activities.
  • Maintain proactive communication with all parties involved.
  • Ensure an efficient process from job requisition approval to onboarding.
  • Attract diverse talent through various channels.
  • Actively develop and maintain external talent pipelines.
  • Perform pre‑screening activities to assess candidate suitability.
  • Drive candidate centricity and ensure a signature candidate experience.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree and/or relevant work experience.
  • Experience in a similar role either with an agency or in‑house.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and German are required.
  • Knowledge of the industry sector is desirable.
  • Ability to effectively source and attract candidates.
  • Experience using applicant tracking systems (Workday preferred).
  • LinkedIn Recruiter certified preferred.
  • Good judgment skills based on behavioral interviewing techniques.
  • Strong interpersonal and networking skills.
  • The right to live and work in the UK or Ireland without restriction.
