A leading childcare provider in Epsom is seeking a Talent Executive to enhance their recruitment strategy. This role involves sourcing top candidates and liaising with nursery managers to conduct interviews. Candidates should have a passion for recruitment and relevant experience. Competitive salary up to £34,000 with OTE of £46,000, along with benefits including annual leave and performance bonuses.

As a Talent Executive youll attract the top talent from candidate pools to ensure the positions are filled with the best possible candidates. Youll source and attract new candidates by using databases job boards etc. Youll liaise with the Nursery Managers to arrange nursery-based interviews and work trials. Youll get feedback from the Managers on the candidates performance and relay this information to the candidate. Youll be required to assist with recruitment drives and attend internal and external events. Youll develop and learn from the Head of Talent to ensure you are progressing in your skills and abilities for your future with Fennies.
