Qualifications

  • Proven experience in an administrative or system-support role.
  • Strong IT literacy and quick learner of new systems.
  • Confident communication with various stakeholders.

  • Ability to work on-site initially, with potential for hybrid work.

Responsibilities

  • Administer the Time & Attendance system and manage user accounts.
  • Resolve joiner, mover, and leaver queries.
  • Investigate and resolve system discrepancies.
  • Override hours and reschedule work as needed.
  • Act as the main contact for Contract Managers on daily system use.
  • Support operational teams with effective communication.
  • Assist with administrative tasks for accurate system info.
