Qualifications

• At least 3-5 years of IT Systems Team/3rd Line Infrastructure Support experience.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical and support skills.
• Communication skills both verbal and written are essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide 2nd - 3rd Line support for IT systems, infrastructure and Cloud technologies.
• Help design new solutions based on operational requirements.
• Secure systems to Cyber Essentials and PCI DSS standards through audits.
