We are seeking an experienced Senior Estates & Facilities Manager to join our team and play a pivotal role in the development, management, and operation of Estates and Facilities services. About the Role

You will lead the Estates & Facilities team, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and continuous improvement across all services. Your responsibilities will include :

Asset & Data Management

Oversee BEM Asset Management and condition appraisal processes.

• Manage SFG20 maintenance specifications and CAFM data.
• Ensure accurate annual data collection for Premises Assurance Model (PAM).
• Produce board-level and compliance reports.

Governance & Compliance

Develop and maintain policies, procedures, and accountability frameworks for data and information exchange.

• Ensure adherence to statutory, health, safety, and environmental standards.
