• Experience of managing contracts.
• IT proficient: competent user of Microsoft Word, Excel, Project, Visio.
• Excellent communication skills, able to build cooperative working relationships at all levels.
• Self-motivated and apply good judgement and decision making skills.
• Strong influencing capability.
• Proven leadership skills.
• Able to demonstrate customer service improvements.
• Understand main customer journeys and processes.

Permanent, 37 hours per week, Full-time, with flexibility for part-time
