Your role involves imparting essential swimming skills to students of all ages, conducting engaging lessons, and prioritising safety during classes. Your flexible working hours on Monday to Saturday, with competitive pay rates ranging up to £25 per hour based on your qualifications and experience.

Qualifications

We're seeking individuals who were born to swim, and are eager to embrace our ground‑breaking Swimming Nature method. To qualify, candidates must:

• Hold a Swim England Level 1 & 2, STA Swimming Instructor Qualification, or equivalent international qualification
• Demonstrate exceptional communication skills with prior experience in customer‑facing/service roles; possess a current lifesaving qualification (preferred, though we can provide training if necessary)
• Showcase excellent swimming ability, coupled with up-to-date knowledge of the sport
