A community support organization in RCT is seeking a Support Worker to help individuals with learning disabilities lead fulfilling lives. As a Support Worker, you'll empower those you support by aiding in everyday decisions and promoting their well-being. No experience is necessary as full training will be provided. Role: Support Worker Location: RCT Hours: We have both part time (minimum 10 hours per week) and full time hours (maximum 40 hours per week), please speak to us about the hours you are looking to do.

In this role, you’ll actively support individuals in making their own choices and set their own goals
As a trusted Support Worker, you'll empower people to follow through on these choices, including taking part in structured activities that build confidence and develop new skills.
You’ll also offer practical support to help them meet responsibilities like paying bills, maintaining their homes, being good neighbours, and staying connected with friends and family.
Your goal is to make everyday remarkable through enhancing well-being and focusing on the small, meaningful moments that bring joy and purpose.
