A community health service provider in Maidstone seeks a Support Worker to deliver rehabilitation and care for individuals with complex mental health needs. You will be a key member of a multidisciplinary team ensuring safety and quality of care. Ideal candidates should be empathetic and committed to enhancing patient independence. The Grove is in the centre of Ramsgate and is one of 6 Rehabilitation Units across Kent, which provides inpatient recovery and rehabilitation for individuals with complex mental health and psychological needs. The unit comprises of 8 single bedrooms and is staffed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
The Grove prides itself in delivering specialist individualised and tailored recovery programmes to meet individual needs and optimise independence.
