We're looking for a compassionate and dedicated female Support Worker to join our team in Slough and help create meaningful, joyful experiences for the people we support. You'll be working with six wonderful ladies aged 40-60, all with complex care needs. Five of these ladies do not communicate with words and some use wheelchairs, requiring full support with personal care, manual handling (including hoisting), and medication.
These ladies enjoy sensory activities, visits from local musicians, trips to Thames Valley Adventure Playground, and spending time with family. They also love celebrating special occasions and engaging in community life.
You\'ll be supporting them in their own home, which includes a dedicated bedroom for sleep-in shifts. The location is easily accessible by public transport and offers some parking.
