Qualifications

• Experience of working with people with neurodevelopmental disabilities, epilepsy and mobility needs.
• Knowledge of safeguarding.
• Can do attitude, lots of energy, and wanting to make a difference.

Responsibilities

• Guiding and supporting individuals in their day-to-day activities.
• Encouraging the development of personal skills through hobbies and interests.
• Accompanying individuals to routine appointments.

Skills

Experience with neurodevelopmental disabilities

Understanding of non-verbal communication

Flexibility to commit to 39 hours per week

Education

Moving and Positioning Certificate

NVQ Level 2-5 Health & Social Care Qualification
