Hourly Rate: Starting from £12.30-£12.60 per hour. Social Care & Education are looking to recruit Support Workers to work in a fantastic specialist supported living service for adults.

Responsibilities
  • As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients service users.
  • Assisting individuals with daily living tasks, such as personal hygiene, meal preparation, and household chores.
  • Providing emotional support and companionship to service users and promoting well-being.
  • Administering medication as prescribed and ensuring adherence to care plans.
  • Implementing behaviour management strategies in accordance with CPI/MAPA training to ensure the safety and dignity of all individuals.
Requirements
  • Valid CPI/MAPA training certificate
  • Previous experience with Challenging Behaviour
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Empathy, patience, and a genuine passion for supporting others.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
  • Confident and fully able to use a hoist as and when required
