A leading care organization in Manchester seeks compassionate individuals to support children, promoting their development and well-being. Responsibilities include providing practical and emotional support, facilitating activities, and performing housekeeping duties. Ideal candidates should have strong communication skills and be adaptable, with experience in challenging behavior preferred. Full training will be provided.
