Your Role

As a Support Worker, you will play a key role in enhancing the lives of the people we support. Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing Personal Care – assisting with bathing, showering, shaving, oral care, and continence support.
• Supporting Mobility Needs – assisting with transfers using appropriate equipment.
• Promoting Independence – preparing daily meals and encouraging healthy lifestyle choices.
• Medication Management – administering medication in line with company policies.
• Safeguarding & Wellbeing – ensuring individuals are protected from abuse and neglect.

Who You’ll Be Supporting

You will be working with adults with learning disabilities, mental health conditions, autism, and complex needs within our Supported Living & Domiciliary Care Services.
