A nationwide healthcare provider is looking for a Support Worker in Wrexham to deliver person-centred care to adults with complex needs. The role involves engaging with individuals and supporting them in a caring environment. Candidates should possess strong communication skills and a passion for making a positive difference in others' lives. The position offers a permanent contract with flexible shifts and training opportunities. Benefits include a £500 referral bonus and ongoing development programs.
Location: Llandudno
Salary : £12.60 per hourplus £62.64per night's sleep
Contract: Permanent, Full time 37.5hrs per week (flexible, as shifts are on a rota basis)

Trinity is a five-bedded, shared residential service for adults from 18 years and over.
We are a registered Care Home Service and provide support to individuals who may have a range of needs including, Autism Spectrum Disorders, Learning Disabilities and / or Mental Health needs.
Experience of working with Mental Health, Learning Disabilities, ASD and Challenging Behaviour would be advantageous but not essential, as we provide full training and Induction programme.

Experience (desirable but not essential) of working with adults with learning disabilities and / or Mental Health needs
To have completed or be willing to work towards level two QCF as required criteria for Social Care Wales Registration.

We provide a positive impact on the service experience of people with specific needs who may be experiencing emotional distress. This primarily involves support using a person-centred approach. Our support workers measure outcomes specifically to an individual’s needs and evidence using our person-centred outcome-measuring tool.
Successful candidates will be required to complete an enhanced DBS disclosure prior to commencement of employment; the disclosure expense will be met by the employer.
