A dedicated care provider in Wolverhampton is seeking a Support Worker to provide person-centred support to adults with learning disabilities. As a Support Worker, you will bring compassion, motivation, and reliability to our dedicated care team. In this rewarding and impactful role, you will play a vital part in delivering person‑centred support to adults with learning disabilities and complex needs, empowering them to lead independent, fulfilling lives. This role involves supporting Service Users with daily living tasks and accompanying them to planned activities, appointments, and social outings, all with the aim of promoting independence, dignity, and choice.
