Job summary

A community support organization in Northern Ireland is seeking a team member to develop and deliver personalized care services to adults with learning disabilities and mental health issues. The ideal candidate will have QCF/NVQ 2 in Health and Social Care or equivalent, along with at least 6 months of experience in a relevant support role. This role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on individuals' lives while ensuring their dignity and independence are respected.

Qualifications

• Must be registered with NISCC within 6 months if new to the sector.
• 6 months of experience working with individuals with learning disabilities.
• Experience may include voluntary work or caring at home.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver support and care services to individuals with mental health needs.
• Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations.
• Promote independence and dignity of the individuals served.

Responsibilities

• Informal care/support may include caring at home, and may also include voluntary work.
