Expected hours: 35 per week.

All Applicants will be taken through a Telephone Screening Interview with our Talent Resourcing Advisors and a Competency‑Based Interview with the relevant Locality Manager. All Candidates will be subject to our Onboarding Checks which include RTW, Enhanced DBS and reference checks. All New Team Members will have a First Day Induction Training held at our Office in Acocks Green (travel fully expensed on the day). Some of our Service Users require specific ethnicities, male or female Support Workers only, where this is indicated it is a genuine occupational requirement in accordance with the Equality Act 2010.
