A supportive care organization in Darlington is seeking a compassionate Support Worker to assist individuals with learning disabilities. The role involves helping them live independently, engaging in social activities, and administering medication. No prior experience is necessary as training will be provided. Support Worker – Make a Difference in Darlington!
Part Time - 22.5hrs a week or Full Time - 37.5hrs - Must be able to do Sleep In Shifts

Join Dimensions as a Support Worker and support three lovely gentlemen with learning disabilities to enjoy an independent, active, and fun-filled life at our Supported Living Home in Darlington. No prior experience is needed—we’ll give you all the training and guidance you need!
What’s Involved?
You’ll be supporting two sociable gentlemen who love getting out and about. Whether it’s going to local bingo and cinema, theatre or local farms, holidays, going for cake and coffee, you’ll be helping them enjoy every moment! When they’re home, they love to watch movies and listen to music.
Help them learn skills to live independently and make their own choices.
Support them in fun activities like trips to shops, restaurants, and day centers.
Assist with medication administration.
Long Shift: 24 hrs shift - 10am - 10pm + Sleep In
Additional shift: 12pm - 7pm
Sleep-ins required!
