What You’ll Be Doing

As a Support Worker, you’ll play a vital role in shaping the daily lives of young people aged 6 to 17 by:

  • Providing emotional support and guidance to help them thrive.
  • Encouraging education, independence, and self-confidence.
  • Assisting with homework and promoting participation in home and community activities.
  • Developing essential life skills and building resilience.
  • Working closely under the guidance of the Registered Manager, Deputy, and Team Leaders.
What We’re Looking For

We need a Support Worker who is:

  • Experienced: At least 6 months in children's residential care.
