Support Worker - Full-time

Hours: 37.5 hours per week

Salary: £12.25 rising to £12.45

Location: Birchwood Lodge, Lincoln

Are you kind, compassionate, and empathetic? Although prior experience as a Support Worker is ideal, it is not mandatory as full training and enhanced specialist training is available.

A Care Support Worker is a professional who helps individuals with complex needs to live independently and access the local community. They are trained, skilled, experienced and highly qualified professionals who work as part of a team to carry out a range of tasks and duties to support individuals with the physical and mental aspects of their health condition. Complex Care Support Workers enable those who are vulnerable to live an independent life whilst providing individualised, compassionate care.
