A supportive youth organization in Birkenhead is seeking dedicated individuals to lead and guide young adults with complex needs. This role involves providing structure, positive role modelling, and supporting young people in their development towards independence. Salary: £26,742.81 – £28,107.44 per annum (DOE)
Hours per Week: 40

Acrefield House offers a warm and supportive environment for young people aged 16 to 30 with complex needs, including autism, learning disabilities, and mental health challenges.

Acrefield House is a safe, therapeutic, and nurturing environment for young adults. With a Forensic Psychologist as clinical support, it enables a step‑down placement from hospital.
Our home also supports young adults from a range of previous placements, such as, Foster Care and premature placement into Semi Supported or Supported Living. Or often bridging the gap for a child, that has outgrown a Children’s service and requires to be supported in adult residential environment, with a view to future independence.
