A supportive and nurturing specialist day centre local to you is looking for an inspiring Support Worker to join their well established team on a full-time basis. This position is permanent and needed approx 40 hours a week. Applicants for this role must be available Monday-Friday 9am -5pm. The setting is a day centre and is there to support the needs of vulnerable young people and adults with complex needs such as Autism, ADHD and physical disabilities. This setting is committed to giving all the learners a high level of care and support that allow them to achieve amazing outcomes. They are passionate about promoting and encouraging independence and life skills for these young people, ensuring that their safety and well-being underpins every decision they make. This is a spacious and modern site with lots of transitional areas, classrooms, DT workshop, kitchen and outdoor spaces.
