A housing and care service provider is seeking a Support Worker in Airdrie, UK, to assist individuals in living independently through personal care and daily tasks. Applicants must have a valid UK driving license and the right to work in the UK. The role involves a variety of responsibilities including personal care, social activities, and promoting independence, with a strong emphasis on compassion, patience, and effective communication.
Hourly rate: £12.94

Mears Group provides housing and care services across the UK, with a strong focus on supported living. We’re currently looking for Support Workers in Macduff and nearby areas to join our team.
In this role, you’ll help people live independently by supporting them with daily tasks, personal care and social activities at home and in the community. You’ll be part of a caring team that treats every individual with respect and compassion.
No two days are the same, and you’ll find real reward in making a difference to someone’s life. Because of the rural location, a full UK driving licence is preferred.
All our roles require candidates to have the entitlement to work within the UK, Mears does not currently offer visa sponsorship.
