Overview

Join our dynamic Base Administration Office team at MOD Lyneham and become a PSS Administrator for Armed Forces personnel.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain and protect personnel data.
  • Inputting and update records within the Joint Service administration system.
  • Assisting queries relating to pay, allowances, expenses and leave.
  • The role is a dedicated focal point for personnel administration, including direct customer interaction and liaison with supervisors and managers.
  • This position offers opportunities to rotate through different responsibilities and gain new skills - full training provided.
  • All activities must be conducted in accordance with Defence policies, Health and Safety regulations, and General Data Protection Regulations.
  • The role also requires undertaking any additional tasks as directed by the Line Manager, including providing support or cover for other staff during periods of absence.
  • MOD Security clearance and DBS Standard is requirement, as well as Proof of right to work in UK. The successful candidate will be required to wear approved company uniform.
