Overview

Warringtonfire, part of the Element Group, has an excellent opportunity for an Administrator to join our team, based at our new state of the art testing facility based at Birchwood Park Warrington. This role is fixed term for 10 months to cover maternity leave. This is a great opportunity to progress your career within a Global Testing, Inspection and Certification business.

Responsibilities
  • Daily formatting of reports and issuing to customer
  • Completion of general admin tasks
  • Assist with the Reception desk as required and other associated tasks, including directing incoming calls and visitor arrival/departure
  • Using the in-house database and other systems effectively to ensure maximum efficiency
  • Ability to work flexibly in a busy environment with an established team and processes
  • Organising couriers / UK and International
  • Arrange correspondence for overseas deliveries
  • Relevant experience within an office and reception environment would be advantageous
  • Highly motivated and organized individual with a flexible approach to work
