A local council in the UK is seeking a Support for Learning Co-ordinator to assist children with additional support needs in mainstream and additional support needs environments. The role involves providing care, promoting positive behaviour, and supporting the administration of medication. The Support for Learning Co‑ordinator plays a key role within mainstream primary and additional support needs primary and secondary school environments, providing support and assistance to children and young people with additional support needs to access the curriculum. Additional Support Needs Schools can range from Complex Learning Needs to Additional Learning Needs.
