Overview

Tradewind Recruitment are seeking a passionate and experienced Primary Supply Teacher to join our agency to work across Sandwell Primary Schools working in areas such as Smethwick, West Bromwich and Oldbury. The ideal candidate will have a strong record of delivering engaging and effective lessons in a variety of primary school settings.

Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality and dynamic classroom instruction in a variety of primary schools
  • Manage behaviour and create a positive learning environment
  • Deliver engaging lessons that meet the needs of a diverse student population
  • Differentiate your lessons to meet a range of learners in their styles of learning and ability level
  • Work collaboratively with other teachers and staff to support student learning
Requirements
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
  • Recent experience teaching in UK primary schools
  • Strong subject knowledge and the ability to deliver engaging lessons
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage challenging behaviour
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
