Supply Teacher Role in Sevenoaks and Tonbridge

Pay Scale: or Equivalent (long term only)

Town/City: Sevenoaks, Tonbridge

Term Time Teachers are currently seeking Supply Teachers in Sevenoaks and Tonbridge!

We have a high demand for supply teachers, which is expected to continue across schools in West Kent during the colder months.

Who can be a Supply Teacher?

• Hold UK QTS
• Experience across two Key Stages (EYFS and KS1 or KS1 and KS2)
• Excellent behaviour management skills
• Flexible attitude
• Available 2-5 days per week
• Own transport and willing to travel up to 30 minutes

Responsibilities of a Supply Teacher

The majority of bookings will be made in advance, but there may be short-notice calls between 6am and 9am for same-day work.

Most schools will provide lesson plans, but you should have a resource bank suitable for all year groups. You will follow each school's policies, mark students' work, and provide handover notes for the returning class teacher.

Newly qualified teachers (ECTs) are welcome to apply.
