The Supply Planning Improvement Lead (DRP/MPS/MRP) plays a pivotal role in advancing Diageo’s digital and supply chain excellence journey. This position is responsible for driving digital adoption, change management, process improvement, data governance, and quality, while providing leadership and fostering collaboration across the Africa supply teams. As the category expert for sophisticated supply planning, you will ensure system functionalities meet business needs through training, troubleshooting and adoption support. You will also complete global master data standards and governance frameworks, ensuring master data is accurate and follows global standards. Collaboration is central to this role, working closely with stakeholders across planning teams, global process owners, project teams, and planning & logistics teams to maintain data integrity and drive continuous improvement throughout the function.
