A leading space-to-cloud analytics company in Glasgow is seeking a Supply Chain Quality Engineer to lead quality initiatives for flight hardware. The ideal candidate will have over 7 years of experience in quality engineering within the aerospace field, ensuring compliance with rigorous standards. This role includes regular supplier audits, quality management, and collaboration across various teams. The company offers a hybrid work model, allowing flexibility in work arrangements.
As a Supply Chain Quality Engineer, you will play a critical role at the intersection of quality assurance and supply chain excellence, ensuring that the parts and components we source meet our rigorous standards for reliability and compliance.
You will cultivate strong supplier partnerships, establish and lead qualification and audit activities, and collaborate closely with engineering, procurement, and manufacturing teams to deliver satellite systems with uncompromising performance and dependability.
This role is ideal for a dynamic professional who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments that can balance agility with discipline, while scaling our internal quality management systems to meet the demands of the rapidly evolving space industry.
Spire operates a hybrid work model, and this position will require you to work a minimum of three days per week in the office.
