Join Us as a Supply Chain Manager - UKCS Regional Civils

Location: National Role Covering England & Wales
Reports to: UKCS Regional Civils Head of Procurement

Are you ready to lead strategic supply chain initiatives across high-value subcontracted trades? We're looking for a dynamic Supply Chain Manager to join our UKCS Regional Civils Procurement Team and help shape the future of our supply chain strategy.

What you'll be doing
  • Develop and implement a robust Supply Chain Management (SCM) strategy aligned with business goals and sustainability objectives.
  • Lead a Strategic Supplier Management Programme, driving performance and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver a category-led approach to supply chain and subcontractor relationship management.
  • Identify opportunities for cost savings and value creation through pipeline consolidation.
  • Champion the use of digital tools for analytics and reporting.
  • Build and maintain a preferred subcontractor network, ensuring compliance and engagement across the business.
  • Communicate key updates and initiatives through a clear and engaging strategy.
Who we're looking for
  • A relevant business degree or equivalent experience (preferred).
  • Proven track record in negotiation, influencing, and exceeding targets.
  • Experience in Category Management and subcontractor engagement.
  • Strong stakeholder management and people leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and confident presentation abilities.
  • A pragmatic, customer-focused problem solver with excellent communication skills.
